After the machining process is completed, a series of post-processing processes are required to ensure that the product meets the customer's requirements. Quality inspection: Comprehensive inspection of the finished product in terms of appearance, size, structure, etc. to ensure that it is consistent with the CAD and has no defects. Manual finishing and assembly: For parts that need further processing, manual polishing, trimming and other fine operations are performed, and the assembly between parts is completed to achieve the function of the product. Surface treatment: According to customer needs, choose the appropriate surface treatment process, such as: sanding, polishing, painting, UV Coating.
